When guests are arrived, the housekeeper open the gate and bring stuffs to the house.

Guests can park the car at the garage which has automatic light 5.00 PM-22.00 PM.

Housekeeper introduces the house..

1. Information or any request you can call a housekeeper by  Walkie Talkie.

2. Our house has 

   • 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for each with private key access for each room

   • 1 living room with 65 inches smart TV

   • 1 dinner area and Karaoke zone

   • 1 kitchen with full of kitchenware, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine  and clothes dryer

   • 1 front yard with Bluetooth stereo speakers. At this zone, there are automatic Lights 17.00 PM - 24.00PM , fan and Bluetooth speaker. All can be controlled at white box. You can ask the housekeeper for instructions.  

   • 1 private pool, 1 jacuzzi spa with in-pool sun bed steps and a children zone (60 cm.).  Pool lights are turned on at 17.00 PM and turned off at 22.00 PM automatically. For a swimming pool jacuzzi pump, you can ask the housekeeper to open or close at any time. Also you can request pool items (kick board, pool bed, etc.) for fun.

   • 1 roof top for grilling and dining table.  You can ask the housekeeper for a grill setting up at any time. Lights for this zone are turned off at 24.00 PM automatically.

   • 1 high roof top for 360 panorama. You can take panorama photos before sun-set or gaze at the stars at night or also sleep overnight with a coat.

   • 1 garage up to 4 cars with remote control for main gate access at any time.

   • Netflix accounts for every TV.

   • We have mesh Wi-Fi around the house. Wi-Fi SSID, Username and Password are in note.

3. We give you 4 keys

   • 3 for each bedroom.

   • 1 for the house's main door

4. We need paperwork and deposit for keys

   • Citizen ID or passport may be copied and signed for paperwork.

   • Guests deposit 500 Bath for keys and return after checking out without any damage. Damage costs shown in the price list stand.

   • Note that our house is non-smoking service.  Ignoring or breaking the rule costs 5,000 Baht.

5. Checkout instruction

   • Checkout time is not over 12.00 AM the next day. Over time may  be charged upon request. You can call the housekeeper to check out at any time or the housekeeper can warn you after check out time.

   • We serve free check-out ice-creams at 11.30 AM or before you check out. Please request a housekeeper by Walkie Talkie.

   • Thank you and enjoy the house

If over time, Guests may be informed of overtime warning.

Checkout process.

1. Please let the housekeeper inspect the house to clarify damages or losses to check out.

   • Housekeeper checks house's items using "Item checklist".

   • Housekeeper checks furniture's or house's damages.

   • Guests should check their items. Remark that the house does not have a package-sending return policy and not response for guest belonging.

2. If there is/are damaged items. Housekeeper will  inform guest the "price list" to pay.

3. If there is not any damaged item, the housekeeper will return the deposit.

Return deposit

1. Guest may complete any signed documentation.

2. Guest returns keys and gate remote control.

3. Housekeeper returns deposit by cash or Bank transfer (request guest's bank account information).

4. Please review our house and follow our FB page to get and keep our special event or promotion.

Pick up stuff.

1. Help guests pick up stuff for their cars.

2. Thank you and good luck for the journey.

3. Housekeeper will open and close the main gate for guest.
